Press the Book Now button on any course and our Klook page opens. Choose your date and number of people there. You can also reach us by phone (+82-1800-3326) or on KakaoTalk.

Paragliding depends on the wind, so both operation and timing change with the weather. You book a date, and we confirm the exact time with you on KakaoTalk on the day, based on conditions. This way you fly in the best wind instead of making a wasted trip.

Once your booking is confirmed, message us on our KakaoTalk channel and say “Booking complete”. Our channel assistant will then help you with timing, what to bring, and directions.

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel.
· 4+ days before — 100% refund
· 3 days before — 90% refund
· 2 days before — 70% refund
· 1 day before — 50% refund
· On the day — no refund
If you have changed your date, the policy is calculated from your original booking date.

If wind speed, wind direction or visibility do not meet our safety standards, we do not fly. When we officially cancel a flight, you receive a full refund.
If you cancel yourself because you expect bad weather, the standard refund policy applies instead.

No refund is given for same-day cancellations or if you do not arrive at the meeting point by your booked time.
However, if you contact us in advance, we may be able to move your date depending on availability. Please always call or message us first.

Cancellations are accepted during office hours (09:00–18:00) only. Requests sent after hours are processed as if received the next day.
The same policy applies to all bookings, including cancellations made shortly after booking.

If there is a problem with the recording or the file, we refund the video fee only. If the flight itself went ahead normally, the flight fee is not refunded.

For the Proposal Flight, the standard policy applies to the amount remaining after the cost of the bouquet and banner already prepared.
Even if the flight is postponed or cancelled for weather, items already made cannot be refunded.

Message us on KakaoTalk or call +82-1800-3326 and we will take care of it. If you booked through Klook, you can also cancel from your Klook booking history.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and please avoid skirts. If you do not have trainers, we lend them free in all sizes. Bring a hair tie — long hair must be tied back during flight. Helmets, flight suits and all other safety gear are provided free on site.

There is no strict age limit — our passengers have ranged from 3 to 97 years old. Weight must be between 10 kg and 130 kg. For anything specific, please ask us on KakaoTalk or by phone.

Small dogs up to 8 kg that fit our dedicated harness can fly. Whether a dog can fly also depends on its build and temperament, so please tell us the breed and weight before booking.
